Christ In You
Christ In You
What if hope wasn’t fragile?
What if hope wasn’t based on your circumstances, your performance, or your ability to hold it together?
In Colossians 1, Paul reveals what he calls a mystery hidden for generations:
“Christ in you, the hope of glory.”
Colossians 1:27
Hope isn’t wishful thinking.
Hope isn’t optimism.
Hope isn’t pretending things will get better.
Biblical hope is confidence anchored in a Person.
Jesus is not just an example to follow or a teacher to admire. He is supreme over all creation. He is before all things. He holds all things together. And through His death and resurrection, He reconciled us to God.
But the gospel goes even deeper.
It’s not just that Jesus died for you.
It’s that Christ now lives in you.
That changes everything.
Your identity is no longer defined by your past.
Your future is no longer defined by fear.
Your hope is no longer dependent on outcomes.
If Christ is in you, your hope is secure.
Why This Matters
When hope is based on circumstances, it rises and falls.
When hope is based on your own strength, it eventually collapses.
But when hope is rooted in Christ — it remains.
This series will explore what it means to live with unshakable confidence because of who Jesus is and what He has done.
Next Step
This week, reflect on this question:
Where is your hope actually anchored?
If you’ve been building your hope on something temporary, let this be the moment you shift it back to Jesus. Join us as we continue exploring the Hope of Glory.
