Hope of Life International is a faith-based humanitarian organization serving rural communities in Guatemala by saving lives, addressing the root causes of poverty and malnutrition, equipping families for a better future, and sharing the hope of Jesus through the Practical Gospel.
As the daughter of Hope of Life founders Carlos and Cheryl Vargas, Katie grew up closely connected to the mission and the communities Hope of Life serves. Today, she carries that legacy forward as she leads the organization and its continued impact throughout Guatemala.
