Chairman of the Board
CJ Ward, his wife Jen, and their 10 year old son Josiah, have moved to Gillette in August of 2024. He moved here to become the Discipleship Pastor (and to hunt, fish, and camp…) and took over the Lead Pastor and Board Chairman roles in January of 2026. They are passionately committed to inviting people to come as they are and become who God created them to be.

Richard Dickey has been married to Kris for thirty-one years. Their two children, Alecia and Ryan, are grown and married. Alecia and Preston and Ryan and Rebecca live and work in Casper. Richard and Kris have two grandchildren: Benjamin was taken to Heaven far too soon, and Miriam is a wonderful joy who arrived this year. Richard and Kris serve New Life through the music team and the LBA. They both lead life groups and have been attending New Life for fourteen years.
Quentin Rogers
Treasurer
Quentin Rogers is a Campbell County native that has been blessed to share life’s journey with his high school sweetheart Tami for nearly thirty years of marriage. They’ve raised three wonderful children—daughters Mariah and Kaylee, and son Coltin who’s currently finding his way as a sophomore at CCHS. One of their greatest joys is spending time with their four-year-old grandson River who lives in Gillette. Since returning to Wyoming in 2007, Quentin has been a part of the Powder River Energy engineering team and attending New Life. He finds fulfillment in coaching youth football and serving on the league’s board. In his spare moments, Quentin enjoys capturing creation through photography and has written a novel called “The Hike,” which explores faith’s role in healing a father-daughter relationship during challenging times. While Quentin and Tami have led several life groups throughout their years as a part of New Life, these days you’ll find Quentin gathering with brothers in Christ at the Saturday morning men’s group, grateful for the fellowship and growth these relationships provide.
