Keith Loy
Keith is the lead pastor of Celebrate Community Church. He and his wife planted the church 23 years ago and have seen over 13,000 people make decisions for Jesus.
Keith has a Doctorate of Leadership from Sioux Falls Seminary, an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity from Kingswood University in Canada, and a Master of Divinity from Briercrest Biblical Seminary in Canada. Keith and his wife, Kay, live in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and have three girls: Jordan, Jaidyn, and Jaksyn.
